Gurmat Camps by Akal University Continue To Inspire Students

The Akal University has been working hard to provide holistic development and skill-building for the students of Talwandi Sabo. In an effort to continue this work, the university held Gurmat camps during the summer vacation in Ram Tirath from 20th June to 30th June.

These camps were conducted under the leadership of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Gurmel Singh Ji.

A large number of children participated in these Gurmat camps, where they were introduced to Gurbani pronunciation, Sikh history, and Sikh heritage. These camps are an attempt to connect the new generation with the great Sikh heritage.

In each camp, Gurmat quiz competitions were conducted. The winning students were awarded trophies. Each participating student was given a certificate by the university at the conclusion of their time at camp.

At the conclusion of the camp, parents and members of the Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee praised Akal University's work on behalf of our youth.

Akal University Convocation -Impatient to Meet You

Akal University Talwandi Sabo is holding a convocation on July 23, 2022 (Saturday) at 11:00 AM in the University Campus to award degrees to the eligible students who have passed out from May 2017 up to June 2021.
