Mission 100% in HSLC and HS Examination,2027.

A meeting on enhancement of HSLC and HS Examination results to make 100% in 2027 was held today at Dr.Banikanta Kakati Library,IS Office, Barpeta with the Heads of 55 numbers High School and Higher Secondary School of Barpeta and Bajali district. The meeting was organised by ASSEB, Division I and II,Regional Office, Barpeta and Academic Council,Barpeta and Bajali.
In the meeting, School wise analysis was done against poor performance of Students in both the Examination,2026.
Inspector of Schools, BDC,Barpeta Sri Bitupan Hazarika instructed all the Heads of the Educational Institutions to take necessary action for 100% results in the HSLC and HS Examination,2027.
He also instructed all the Heads to make order of students wise responsibility of Teachers and subject wise weekly evaluation of the students will also be done by the School itself. In the meeting, Niranjan Ojah, Secretary,Regional Office,ASSEB Barpeta requested all the Heads of the Educational Institutions to take necessary steps to increase the daily attendance of students in Schools.
Charu Chakraborty, Secretary, Academic Council, Barpeta and Parikhit Talukdar, Secretary, Academic Council,Bajali and Munindra Das, Member, Academic Council, Bajali also attended the meeting.

Inspector of Schools, BDC Barpeta said that it is the first step to achieve 100% result in the next year. In the next steps cluster wise result analysis meeting will be conducted by the Inspector of Schools, ASEEB,Regional Office, Barpeta and Academic Council, Barpeta and Bajali.

Today, Item Development Programme (ASSEB, Division II) was held at Lead College, Barpeta.
Inspector of Schools, BDC, Barpeta Bitupan Hazarika inspired and suggested all the participants so that they will prepare the Questions Paper accordingly as per NEP,2020.
Niranjan Ojah, Secretary, Regional Office,ASSEB,Barpeta also requested all to develop question papers so that the students will be benefited in future career.

Hemen Baishya and Sudeshna Sarma acted as Key resource persons in the programme.

Dr.Abhijit Borah,Asst.Professor, Barpeta College, Barpeta delivered a welcome address for all the participants.

A meeting with the Heads of Educational Institutions and Mentors of the AROHAN Programme to analyse the subpar performance of mentees in the HSLC and HS Examinations, 2026 was organised by the District Administration and Samagra Shiksha, Barpeta, in collaboration with the Academic Council of Barpeta and Bajali districts on 29 June 2026 and 30 June 2026 at the Auditorium of the District Library, Barpeta.

During the meeting, Bitupan Hazarika, Inspector of Schools, BDC, Barpeta, explained the objectives of the AROHAN Programme and highlighted the roles and responsibilities of the Heads of Educational Institutions and Mentors.

The reasons for the subpar performance of the mentees in the HSLC and HS Examinations, 2026 were analysed thoroughly, and appropriate strategies were developed to improve their academic performance and ensure a brighter future for the mentees. The meeting was held in the presence of the Bitupan Hazarika,Inspector of Schools, BDC, Barpeta and Niranjan Ojah, District Programme Officer, Samagra Shiksha,Barpeta.

Today, a District Level Meeting on Engagement of Resource Persons in Secondary,Higher Secondary and Colleges for Skill subjects was organised by Assam State School Education Board, Regional Office, Barpeta at Dr.Banikanta Kakati Library,I.S Office, Barpeta under the Chairmanship of Inspector of Schools, BDC,Barpeta Sri Bitupan Hazarika.

In the meeting, Principal,Lead College, Barpeta Dr.Birinchi Kumar Das, representative of Lead College,Bajali, Bhawanipur Anchalik College Raju Kumar Das,Ass.Professor, District Officers from various Departments like District Agriculture Office, District AH and Veterinary Office, District Cultural Development Office, District Sports Office,Tourism Development Office, Health and Family Welfare Department, District Fishery Development Office, representative of Barpeta Polytechnic, ITI,Barpeta,ITI, Howly and ITI Kalgasia were present in the meeting.
Principal,Barpeta College Dr. Birinchi Kr. Das appealed all the Heads of the various Departments to co-operate and involve for successful implementation of the programme for the greater interest of students, society and Nation.

Inspector of Schools, Bitupan Hazarika explained all the guidelines and SOP regarding the engagement of Resource Persons for Skill subjects in Educational Institutions of Barpeta and Bajali district.
He also requested all the Officers and Head of Educational Institutions to complete the uploading of Resource Persons in the concerned portal on or before 9th June so that the Regional Office ASSEB, Barpeta may distribute the appointment letters to all the concerned Departments for handing over to the Resource Persons.

Niranjan Ojah, Secretary, Assam State School Education Board, Regional Office,Barpeta discussed the Educational Institutions wise status of Skill subjects and enrollment for whom Resource Persons will be engaged.

District Resource Persons Kabindra Nath Das and Sanatan Kakati of Barpeta and Bajali respectively told that they will communicate all the concerned Departments and Educational Institutions for successful implementation of the programme.

Utpal Das,Asst. Director of Agriculture, Barpeta District said that the process of selection and uploading of Resource Persons have been completed and orientation was also organised for them. He also said that they will try to explore more Resource Persons for the greater interest of students of the district.
Bidyut Bikas Das , District Cultural Development Officer said that the uploading of Resource Persons in the portal has already been completed and orientation will be organised soon for the resource persons.
All the representatives of other Departments and Educational Institutions explained their progress of selection and uploading of Resource Persons in the portal.

Mission 100% result in HSLC and HS Examination and analysis of subpar performance of Mentees of Arohan programme:

Today, a meeting "on Mission 100% result in HSLC and HS Examination -27 and "analysis of subpar performance of Mentees in HSLC and HS Examination,2026" has been organised by Assam State School Education Board,Regional Office, Barpeta,Academic Council and Lead College, Bajali district in the Seminar Hall of Bhawanipur Anchalik College, Bhawanipur.
In the meeting, ADC, Education,Bajali Twahir Alam requested all the Heads of the Educational Institutions to take necessary steps for better improvement of results of students in the HSLC and HS Final Examination,2027.
Inspector of Schools,BDC, Barpeta Bitupan Hazarika also requested all the Heads to maintain proper School timings by all the Teachers and to take necessary steps for development of learning competency of students in all subjects as per academic calendar.
In the meeting, felicitation of School Heads has been done for their achievements (100% passed) in HSLC and HS Examination in 2026. Inspector of Schools,Barpeta felicitated Sri Jyotirmay Das who got 1st position in HSLC Examination, 26.
