An Orientation Session for Free Competitive Examination Coaching Classes was successfully organized at NTPC Mining & Industrial Training Institute, Barkagaon, under the initiative of NTPC Mining Limited (NML) and managed by Jharkhand Government Tool Room, Ranchi. The programme was graced by the presence of Chief Guest, HOP NML PBCMP Shri Subrat Kr. Dash, whose valuable presence and encouraging words inspired the participants.

The programme is specially designed for the youth of Project Affected People (PAP), aiming to empower aspirants through quality coaching, expert guidance, and skill-based preparation for various competitive examinations. The coaching programme covers Railway, Banking, SSC, JSSC, and other competitive examinations through Offline, Online, and Hybrid learning modes, along with study materials, mentorship, performance analysis, and digital learning support
