Women’s Strength, Society’s Progress 🌸

At Iqra Institute of Technology Foundation, we have taken yet another small but meaningful step toward women’s empowerment and self-reliance. 💪✨

Recently, in collaboration with GNRC Hospital, we arranged job opportunities and essential training for 15 homemakers. These women, who were once confined to household duties, have now stepped forward to gain new skills and begin their journey toward independence. 🏥👩‍⚕️

We believe

আমাদের Iqra Institute of Technology Foundation এর পক্ষ থেকে নারীশক্তি ও স্বনির্ভরতার পথে আরেকটি ছোট্ট কিন্তু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ পদক্ষেপ। 💪✨

আমরা সম্প্রতি GNRC Hospital-এর সহযোগিতায় ১৫ জন গৃহবধূকে কাজের সুযোগ ও প্রয়োজনীয় ট্রেনিং-এর ব্যবস্থা করেছি। যারা এতদিন শুধুমাত্র ঘরের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ ছিলেন, তারা আজ নতুন দক্ষতা অর্জন করে স্বনির্ভরতার পথে হাঁটতে শুরু করেছেন। 🏥👩‍⚕️

আমরা বিশ্বাস করি—
📌 নারীর ক্ষমতায়ন শুধু একজন নারীর জীবন বদলায় না, বরং বদলে দেয় একটি পরিবার, একটি সমাজ ও একটি প্রজন্মের ভবিষ্যৎ।
