बिना Water Proofing के छत पर टाइल्स लगाना ही सीलन और लीकेज का कारण हैं 😲.Roof Leakage Problem 👇

🪧 सीलन से कैसे बचे👇

🔹 छत नया हैं तो पहले ही water proofing करवाले फिर टाइल या पत्थर लगवाए ( जिसमें PU कोटिंग, Arcylic कोटिंग,Membrane Sheet )

🔹 छत पर टाइल्स के बाद सीलन हैं तो पहले किसी water proofing experts को दिखाले ,फिर टाइल्स के ऊपर ही वाटर प्रूफिंग करवाए

🔹अगर सीलन बहुत ज्यादा हैं पानी टपक रहा हैं तो टाइल्स निकलवा के ही कोटिंग करवाए

🔹 पुरानी छत पर सीलन हैं तो membrane water proofing sheet लगवाए इसकी लाइफ ज्यादा होती हैं

🔹 छत पर ज्यादा क्रैक्स भी सीलन का कारण बन जाता हैं तो इसे भी cracks filler या PU Sealant से भरले
