When the research question changes , the outcomes of the study changes.

How much cropland would be required to replace the Animal based nutrition including seafoods, on Nutritional equivalent basis?

The answer comes as approx 2300 Mha., thats an additional crop land of approximate 690 Mha than current cropland under cultivation.

Bluewater, Electricity, Biogas Potential loss, Organic Manure loss, fertilizers required - Given in detail in the study.

I welcome anyone to read the study & provide their feedback, as I am doing a further research study with recent global data, which would help me to strengthen my study.

I am making this deliberate statement.

If any Vegan/Animal Rights activists make any claims about agriculture, farmers. Please recheck the claim with agricultural experts, agricultural researchers or with studies published in Agriculture Journals.

More often, their claims about agriculture are against technical facts of agriculture. More often their claims are based on adovocay narratives built which aren't supported by any agricultural study. They don't even understand the fundamentals of agriculture.

Even they would tell you that agriculture knowledge is irrevelant to do agriculture research and anyone can do any research using agricultural data with their own assumptions, excel swaps, number plays, wordplays & those become agriculture facts for them.

The studies they cherry pick are not done inline with real agriculture system & are loaded with flaws, some of which are funded by plant based adovocay groups, plant based industrial product manufacturers/investors & funded groups like FIARR.

Despite asking repeatedly for more than a week to prove your claims or Apologise for doing such acts, you would keep justifying it with your convenience based labels.

Even today, you repeatedly tried to label me and my study as "Greenwashing" , "Agriculture knowledge is nothing".

And then you ask me to prove your claims are wrong.

Just because you are a Vegan, does it make you something special to be adamant not to accept your wrong doings/demand me to prove your claims as wrong.

I have seen already enough of your adamant attitude, you will never prove any of your claims& you repeatedly demand me to prove your claims as wrong, even after proving, you deny them. That won't work anymore.

Until you prove your claims about me and my study, you remain an abuser/bully/defamer/harasser.

What would be the physical cropland requirement if India’s current animal-source-food production were nutritionally replaced using six crops?

A new production-based study by Sukumar Radrapu, published in IJIRT, evaluates this question using Primary Product Allocation (PPA) and a defined six-crop system.

KEY FINDINGS

The study starts from India’s 2024–25 production of:

🥛 247.87 Mt milk
🥚 149.11 billion eggs
🥩 10.50 Mt meat
🐟 19.775 Mt fish & seafood

Together, these represent approximately 16.128 MMT of apparent protein.

Using the study's working mixed-diet DIAAS calculation, the corresponding protein-equivalent replacement target is:

15.866 MMT/year

For the Indian Mix scenario, the model reports:

186.788 Mha/year Gross Cropped Area

equivalent to:

119.851 Mha physical land

before the conditional fodder-land offset.

After applying the study's 6.386 Mha conditional offset:

113.465 Mha residual physical land

≈ 28.038 crore acres

At the study-defined 180% cropping-intensity sensitivity:

97.385 Mha

≈ 24.064 crore acres

The five crop portfolios also show material trade-offs in land, water, nutrient, electricity and greenhouse-gas requirements.

The study does not interpret the modeled land requirement as land acquisition, rank dietary systems, or establish universal nutritional adequacy.

Its central contribution is methodological: making the production boundary and Primary Product Allocation explicit when estimating the physical agricultural requirements of nutritional replacement.

Animal Climate and Health Save Foundation The fact is already Indians are consuming the plant based alternatives from the existing plant based nutrition supply available.

Mere advocacy slogans , villanising people and farmers won't create the replacement nutrition required. It needs 18 crore acres of additional crop cultivation to do it for replacing existing animal based nutrition supply with whole plant based nutrition on biosigestable equivalence basis.

Majority of Vegan promoters doesn't accept this scientific fact.

Your well articulated misinterpretations about existing nutrition supply, abusing/insulting/defaming people not following your Ideology with emotional manipulation and your choice based labels doens't provide any replacement nutrition. Agriculture only does it & your statements indicate you lack real agriculture knowledge.

The Vegan Project A first-order reconstruction using the published DELTA global food-system model indicates that eliminating meat and seafood while maintaining existing plant production could produce nutrient shortfalls on the order of 40% for several critical nutrients. The published model itself reports 32% calcium, 26% iron, 27% zinc and 35% vitamin B12 gaps even after increasing the remaining food groups by 20%; reversing that 20% increase gives an approximate average shortfall of 41.7% across those four nutrients.

It's easy to question, it's easy to use emotional manipulation to promote your Ideology, it's easy to promote misinformation/misinterpretations about agriculture and claim it as facts, it's easy to villanise farmers, villanise people who don't follow your Ideology with your convenience based labels, but it's difficult to ensure bioavailability of nutrition for whole globe with existing crop Cultivation capacity and capability with whole plant based foods.
