ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನದ ಕೀ ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದು ಯಾರು?

ರೋಡಿನ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೀ ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ವಾಹನ ಚಾಲಕರಿಗೆ ಶೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಎಷ್ಟರ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸರಿ?

ಸಂಚಾರಿ ನಿಯಮವನ್ನು ಗೊತ್ತಿಲ್ಲದೇ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದರು, ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ದಂಡ ಕಟ್ಟಿದರೂ ಸಹ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಉತ್ತಮ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಕರಿಸದೇ ಕೀ ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದು ಸರಿಯೇ?

ಗಾಡಿ ಕೀ ಎತ್ತು ಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದು, ಗಾಡಿಯನ್ನಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಬೇಜಾವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಪೊಲೀಸರು.

ಯವುದೇ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರು ಸಹ ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರ, ತ್ರಿಚಕ್ರ ಅಥವಾ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಚಕ್ರಗಳ, ಯಾವುದೇ ವಾಹನದ ಕೀ ಕಿತ್ತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗಿಲ್ಲ.
ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿಚಕ್ರ ವಾಹನ ಸವಾರರು ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ದಿನನಿತ್ಯ ಅನುಭವಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಶೋಷಣೆಯ ಉದಹರಣೆ ಈ ವಿಡಿಯೋ.
ಈ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಹನ ಸವಾರರನ್ನು ಶೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಪೊಲೀಸರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
ಸದಾಶಿವನಗರ ಟ್ರಾಫಿಕ್ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಹೆಡ್ ಕಾನ್ಸ್‍ಟೇಬಲ್ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಭವ್ಯ ಎಸ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಸಭ್‍ಇನ್ಸ್‍ಪೆಕ್ಟರ್ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದು ನಮ್ಮ ಮನವಿ.

Who gave the rights to the traffic police to take away the keys of two-wheelers?
Is it right to take away the keys of two-wheelers and harass them in midroad?
I accept that it was my mistake that i unknowingly broke the law and I have not noticed any sign board. It was not right for Traffic police to take away my keys.
"We have taken only the keys not the vehicle" said the traffic police.
Is it right for respectful traffic police to speak in such a disrespectful and irresponsible manner?
it’s my humble request to the police officer whatever the position the police is in, he shouldn't behave in such a manner with the public. 🙏🙏
According to the Indian Motor Vehicle Act of 1932 it's illegal to take out the vehicles key
The harassment which I faced today, Saturday, 28th December took place at palace road, kaveri junction.
This our humble request to strict action against them. 🙏
