You’ll never guess what she made! 👀🎭

What looks like a simple mask carries a much bigger message.

Social media shows us the smiles, the likes, the celebrations, the “perfect” moments… but behind the screen, real life has its own ups and downs too.

A beautiful reminder for us as parents: teach children that what they see online is only a part of someone’s story. ❤️

Because behind every perfect picture, there is a real person with real feelings.

Children don’t stop sharing all at once.

It often starts with small moments when they feel unheard, interrupted, or ignored.

When children feel truly listened to, they feel safe to open up.

Before we ask our children to talk more, let’s make sure we’re listening more. ❤️

They don’t need to know who’s right or wrong. They need to know they’re loved.
When parents struggle in their relationship, children often carry emotions they don’t yet have the words to express.
Sometimes, what looks like “misbehavior” is actually fear, confusion, sadness, or anxiety.
As parents, we may not always be able to protect our children from difficult situations, but we can protect them from feeling alone.
❤️ Every child deserves to feel safe, heard, and deeply loved.

Long after childhood ends, the way you spoke to your child becomes the way they speak to themselves. ❤️

Our words don’t just shape behaviour—they shape a child’s inner voice, confidence, and self-worth.

Pause. Connect. Speak with kindness.
Those little moments today become their lifelong memories tomorrow.

💬 What is one phrase you hope your child always remembers hearing from you?

“She’s too shy.”

Sometimes, the words we casually use become the words our children start believing about themselves. 💛

Before we label, let’s pause.

If your child refuses vegetables, you’re not alone. 💚

Hiding vegetables in dosas and other foods may help today, but children also need repeated exposure to learn to accept and enjoy them.

A tiny piece on the plate, helping in the kitchen, or simply seeing vegetables regularly can make a big difference over time.

The goal isn’t just to make children eat vegetables today—it’s to help them build a healthy relationship with food for life. 🥦🥕

Does your child eat vegetables willingly, or do you end up hiding them? Tell me in the comments! 👇

Parenting is not what we teach…
it’s what they see us do. ❤️

Little eyes are always watching, learning, and copying every habit.

“My child doesn’t listen.”

It’s one of the most common concerns parents bring to my therapy room.

But before we focus on changing a child’s behaviour, I always encourage parents to pause and ask a different question:

“What is my child trying to communicate?”

Behaviour is rarely random. When we understand the why, we can respond with clarity instead of frustration—and that’s often where real change begins.

💙 I’d love to hear from you.

What’s one behaviour in your child that you’ve been struggling to understand? Share it in the comments. Let’s learn together.
