Namma Paws ( https://acehacker.com/nammapaws ) is a city-wide community movement to make Bengaluru a place where our street animals live healthy, safe and peaceful lives alongside us, and where people who love them and people who don't can finally find common ground. We are collecting ideas from every corner of the city and working with BBMP to turn the best of them into real change on real streets. All of us together.

We need volunteers.

No one owns Namma Paws. It belongs to the city. It belongs to you. Sign up as a volunteer and help us build this from the ground up. There is no role too small. There is no contribution that doesn't matter.

There's a dog outside someone's gate right now.

She wasn't invited. Nobody signed a form. She just showed up one day and never left. She guards that gate every night, in the rain, in the heat, and she has never once asked for anything in return.

She can't.

Namma Paws is a Bengaluru hackathon happening in August 2026, and it's for everyone. The techie and the auntie. The kid with crayons and the retired teacher with ideas. The feeder at 6 AM and the neighbour who wishes the dogs would just... be somewhere else. All of you matter here.

No prizes. No politics. Just people who give a damn, and a chance to put your ideas in front of BBMP for real change in this city.

Before August, we need volunteers to help make this happen. Come own a piece of this. It belongs to you as much as anyone.
