Let’s say you are making an offer inside your Facebook group, who are the top 10 prospects who will bite on that offer?
Let’s say you're doing a training on a specific topic inside your Facebook group, who are the 10 people who “if they watched that training” will move closer to a buying decision?
Those are a few of the cases that are fulfilled by what I call the group HOTLIST.
Inside your Facebook group, there are some members, who you know, based on their engagement, based on how they are showing up, are prospects to work with you.
Those prospects need to be followed up with and need to be taken care of.
To systemize that, we have the group hot list. The group hot list is basically a simple google sheet where you track their name, profile, what are they focusing on, when was the last interaction with and when is the next follow up with them..
So whenever you are doing your training on a particular topic which is in their focus, you will tag them on that training.
Whenever you make an offer, you make an invitation for them to be a part of that offer.
Whenever it’s time for their next follow up message, you send them a quick message to just check on them, inviting them to possibly book a call with you.
This systemizes your tracking of potentials and prospects, so now your community manager can hop in and take care of it for you.
