$100k/mo can be easier than making $10k/mo from your Facebook™ group.

I have a client who makes around $7k to $9k / month in his business right now.

He sends out friend requests, runs his DMs every day, creates daily content, gets on sales calls and then delivers to his clients.

It's him or nothing.

It's tiring.

If 10 new clients showed up tomorrow, he'd drown.

I have another client who earns around $80k to $100k/mo in her business right now.

ADs bring new members into her community, a VA runs all the content, a commission-only setter schedules sales calls, a commission-only rep closes them and a success manager takes care of the clients.

If 10 new clients showed up tomorrow, it would be business as usual.

Who works harder? Him.

Who makes lesser? Him.

Who works lesser? Her.

Who makes more? Her.

This is the 'Paradox of Scale'.

Your first $10k/mo is a lonely and uphill climb.

It's a LOT of effort, and the money can feel pale in comparison to all you did to make it.

At that level, just thinking of making $30k/mo feels scary and stressful because you're conditioned to doing it all yourself + it feels like SO MUCH WORK.

And, that's why a bulk of coaches oscillate in the $10k to $20k range.

I was here for the longest time, and always found a way to come back if I ever went beyond.

It was a safety pattern.

Break the pattern.

Reach $10k and pivot.

Find an Executive Assistant who can run your organic outreach + make your posts + book appointments on your calendar.

Systemize the delivery of your core offer and focus on client results.

Reach $25k and pivot.

Find a Community Manager & Appointment Setter who can run your entire Facebook™ group and get appointments booked like clockwork every day.

If you've never managed someone before, so what?

They're so many things which were once daunting to you.

I will make a big claim here.

I believe that the weekly livestream which a lot of coaches tell their clients to do inside their community is absolutely overdone and on its way to being useless.

Most of you do livestreams on your Facebook group every week and what do you get?

A handful of viewers and a few comments here and there.

They just don’t create the same impact as they used to.

I believe we need to shift from livestreams to creating what I call “sensory containers” for your audience.

Sensory containers are when you actually engage them in a live, active environment. Building that intimacy and building that connection with you can then lead to them trusting you and booking a call with you.

One way to do this is ‘Coaching Rooms’.

You set aside 60 minutes and make an open invitation to any member who wants to hop on Zoom and ask you a question / get coached by you.

Show your magic and have your audience experience it in person.

This breaks the monotony and the inundated news feed of live streams to create a sensory container and build intimacy that leads to a buying decision.

Let’s say you are making an offer inside your Facebook group, who are the top 10 prospects who will bite on that offer?

Let’s say you're doing a training on a specific topic inside your Facebook group, who are the 10 people who “if they watched that training” will move closer to a buying decision?
Those are a few of the cases that are fulfilled by what I call the group HOTLIST.

Inside your Facebook group, there are some members, who you know, based on their engagement, based on how they are showing up, are prospects to work with you.

Those prospects need to be followed up with and need to be taken care of.

To systemize that, we have the group hot list. The group hot list is basically a simple google sheet where you track their name, profile, what are they focusing on, when was the last interaction with and when is the next follow up with them..

So whenever you are doing your training on a particular topic which is in their focus, you will tag them on that training.

Whenever you make an offer, you make an invitation for them to be a part of that offer.

Whenever it’s time for their next follow up message, you send them a quick message to just check on them, inviting them to possibly book a call with you.

This systemizes your tracking of potentials and prospects, so now your community manager can hop in and take care of it for you.

This is the future of High Ticket offers.

Let's say you are in the market to buy a coaching program to help you get more clients.

Which of the two offers you will find more compelling?

Offer 1 is “sign up and you’ll get 2 weekly coaching calls and we’ll help you with strategy and so on and so forth”

Offer 2 is “you get two weekly calls with the coach, but in addition to that you also get a “done for you”, setup of your ads and funnel. You also get a “done for you” fully hired and trained marketing integrator who can run your facebook group for you.

Which of these offers would you sign up for? I’m guessing it’s the second one, even if it’s more expensive because today, a high level client wants a high level of experience.

And that comes down to momentum, because they are already busy and they want results fast, so putting them to momentum. Second comes ease, as most of us today are overworked, with lots of things on their plate as business owners, they want ease. Next, they want certainty

This is the future of high ticket offers, “done for you” infrastructure plus “done with you” coaching.

This equation can enable you to create that true Blue Ocean offer that stands out among your entire competition and make your clients love you because you give them momentum, ease and certainty by giving them all the infrastructure they need to get results and them supporting them in the journey to achieve that result

What do you guys think?

How to Make Money with Facebook™ Groups going forward…

Does your Facebook™ group feel like a lot of effort for too little in return?

You post and go LIVE but hardly get any engagement and your reach is dropping every day?

Or

The same 4-5 ‘cheerleaders’ engage on your every post and a lot of members are mainly freebie seekers.

Or

You’re getting clients but you want MORE, haha!

If your posts aren’t getting much engagement, it’s the algorithm, not you!

Most coaches make the mistake of going all in on their group, that is the wrong approach.

It’s just ONE of the ‘qualified touchpoints’ in the buyer's journey, kinda like an entry ticket to an amusement park, the real magic is after that.

Beyond posting, here are all the elements to get more clients:

Retargeting Loops

A lead has to consume 4-7 hours of your content before they buy a high-ticket offer.

Take your best anchor content & case studies and boost them as ADs to your members.

You’re always top of the newsfeed now.

Hotlist

Based on member behavior, they get added to a ‘Hotlist’ i.e. a list of members who have a high probability of booking a call.

These members get tagged in key posts, notified when you make an offer, regular check-ins etc.

Chatbots

Run all your two-steps to a chatbot and nurture that list via messaging to lead subscribers to book a call + deploy broadcasts once a week.

The Integrator / Group CEO

You don’t need to do ANY of this, the first person you should hire is not a VA. It’s a ‘Group CEO’, who runs the entire show for you. We fully train and deploy one for our client accounts.

Don’t go all-in, just see your group as ONE touch point and have someone else run the show for you.

NEW: How to use the ‘Pinned Post’ on your profile to make a great first impression with new prospects + get 3-5 new group members, daily.

Facebook launched a new tweak to our profiles where you can pin a post right at the top.

I have a video where I introduce myself + share my work + guide them into the group.

Another client who works with people on overcoming their alcohol & drug addictions shares his own story and it’s a beautiful way to start a relationship.

Here is the funnel used by my ‘Group CEO’ who runs this entire operation.

Step #1. Prospect qualified leads inside other communities.

Step #2. When they accept your friend request, tag them in the pinned post.

Step #3. Send them a friendly welcome message + use the ‘Send Invite’ option to invite them into your group.

You can do so much more with this, just sharing what I’m doing right now. 😀

Another quick trick if your profile has your target audience is to mirror your group content on your profile, and lead them back into the group or a conversation.

How we reduced a client's cost per group member from $14 to $5…(PS. These are not one - off results, it’s stable and consistent)

If you’re running ADs on Facebook™ today…
👉 Expanded reach isn’t optional anymore, therefore, targeting is largely a hit & miss.
👉 Lead costs are all over the place.
👉 What worked earlier is not working now.
BUT…
If your group is not growing, it’s dying.
If done correctly, ADs can bring in 7-15 new qualified members every day inside your community.
If you know the right way to run your group, it won’t be a lot of effort for a little return.

The old funnel is:
AD -> Opt-in -> Facebook Group
Nothing wrong with it, just that it’s way more expensive + more variables to optimize for as compared to the new funnel.

The new funnel is:
AD -> Group Invite via Lead Form -> Facebook Group
This is easier and faster because,
👉 The lead form pops up directly in newsfeed with their name and email address auto-populated.
👉 The entire lifecycle is within Facebook™, you aren’t taking a user away from the platform.
👉 The completion prompt on the leadform has a direct CTA into the Facebook™ group.
👉 There is no ‘lead magnet’, you make a direct pitch for them to join to get a specific unique desired result.

Click, click, BOOM!

Earlier FB did not allow directly linking to a group but it does now and let’s take advantage of this. 😃

PS. Selecting specific 1 + 1 combinations, like Fortune Magazine AND Executive Education in your targeting will optimize your results.
