At Sparkling CliniTech, as a founder, I often think about a simple yet powerful observation: the same task, when performed by a trained professional versus a fresher, produces dramatically different outcomes. Not to forget, this thought process comes from the fact that I, not only belong from the Industry and have decades of experience from Corporate Sector but also has equal amount of training exposure and therefore understand the power of training as well!
I can recall moments as a manager when production goals were on the line. The employee trained under my guidance delivered with confidence, accuracy, and speed. The fresher, though eager, struggled with consistency — leading to delays that impacted delivery targets. The difference was so clear that the company made the decision to reward the trained professional with a better appraisal.
But here’s the real insight: the story wasn’t only about training. Training provided the foundation, yes — but what truly made the difference was the determination of the candidate to embrace that training, apply it diligently, and perform better every single day.
