Here is the thing!
I love to talk. Gets me into more trouble than I would please but I still love to talk. It’s amazing how many emails I get in a day. Most of them are promotional emails, yet I did get a lot of creative content too, yet none of it fails to amaze me! All of it is so thought provoking; it makes my tiny brain to ask questions like a ticking clock. My objective of the blog is to answer some of my silly questions, and to share a little bit of my creative brain with you.

My editing skills are absolute rubbish but this one was one of my old photos that was taken when I actively updated my fashion blog. It's time to move on though cause I'm no longer a fashion blogger but a Mental health counselor and its my goal to make the world a safer place for everyone to thrive in.

Its just a selfie dump 😐 I keep taking pics of myself at the end of it I wonder 🤔 why do I waste so much of my time but I need this because the intense sense of worthlessness I have been through in the past few yrs has been debilitating and I need this to help me build on my self esteem and remember I am WORTH IT ❤️

Google photos sent me a reminder 🤪 of the pic i took 2 years ago when i decide for the first time that my trauma doesn't dictate my choices 💕 lil did i know it that that would result in a spirals of endless anxiety.... Not everything is in your control, but sometimes sitting still and doing nothing helps to unlearn the trauma patterns ur body has gotten used to. Psst i know that's a luxury but sometimes just 5 mins everyday is a start❤️

I consider this one of my ugliest spread! It's not symmetrical absolutely random and definitely doesn't fit into any standards of good looking 🤪 but every moment I spent making it helped me clear my anxious thoughts to rebuild my sense of self-love ❤️

I'm not even going to pretend that growing fat didn't make me incredibly insecure 💔 but growing fat was a result of all the stress i was under. Recently i read a survival guide for empaths❤️ and growing fat is how empaths create a physical barrier between you and the world, that change so much about how I saw my own body and started feeling grateful for the fact that i was only trying to protect myself❤️ it created a massive shift in my over all well-being ❤️ sending a hug to every one who struggles your beautiful exactly the way you are

There used to be an elephant at the Mysore palace when I was younger. It's the closest I ever go to actually feeding one 😃 inspired by that elephant and my madhubani art class I really enjoyed making this one.
