I’ve been running a program called 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸. It’s for professionals to become visible on LinkedIn. Everyone ‘gets’ the way to do this. But most don’t take significant action - despite knowing what to do.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹?

When we try to move forward in a new area, we come up against the edges of our courage. And how does it show up? Anywhere along a continuum of mild anxiety to full-blown confusion.

Confusion is a sign that you have reached the edges of your courage. What we need to do is change our state and take the first step. Oddly, we find that the wall was a mirage, a smokescreen, a wispy pretense.
