How to use colons in English?
- Introducing a List:

- Adding Drama:
✔️ He looked inside the fridge and found: NOTHING. The horror!
- Explaining Stuff:
✔️ I only know one thing about colons: they’re confusing but essential!
Don’t let colons ruin your sentences (or your day). Handle them with care.
Quick Tip: Never use a colon after a verb or preposition.
❌ My hobbies are: reading, sleeping, eating.
✔️ Correct: Here are my hobbies: reading, sleeping, eating.
