Founded by Maharajkumari Meenakshi Devi of Mysore in 1966 making it one of the very first horse riding schools in Bangalore. Initially only serving the Royal Wadiyar family and their friends, the gates of the Academy were opened to the public in 1996. Since then the Academy has taught countless people the art of horsemanship and has fielded competition teams that once dominated the civilian equest

rian circuits around the country. The Princess Academy is where most of Bangalore's top horsemen and women began their journey into the world of equestrianism.
