I have been saying this for a long time. No short cut is worth it in the long run. there is a naturalness to things. anything that forces nature creates a rebound. Nature is forgiving, but only to a point.
Humans are part of nature too. when humans things they are beyond nature, they behave like gods. Only in mythology, can wishes be fulfilled by a "Thatastu" or equivalent. Not in real life.
Be natural. Eat Natural.
