We are Looking For a Recruiter With/Without Experience to be a part of our Organisation in Banaswadi

Duties and Responsibilities:

Basic understanding of hiring,

Prior experience with BPO Staffing within Consulting.

Experience with working on Various Job sites and portals, including Social Media sites like LinkedIn

Coordinate requirements with various Business Owners and develop Job Descriptions

Post and Publish Jobs on various Job platforms

Be able to do search for passive candidates through various sources, including head-hunting through passive channels and networking to find the best candidates;

Sort through received applications and filter relevant profiles for next steps in the hiring process

Respond to applicants in timely and effective manner

Conduct first level of screening interviews;

Coordinate interviews with various hiring managers

Experience with Hiring for both Full-time as well as Contract positions

Closely collaborate with Human Resources team and various Business Heads

Conclude open positions within time frames and have a quick turn-around time.

Able to work in a fast paced agile environment

Self-motivated, highly organized team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Eligibility

Fresher’s/ Experienced with 10+2.

Excellent language command in written and spoken English;

Excellent organization, coordination and communication skills;

Mastery of the MS Office Suite, in particular Word (essential), Excel and Outlook, and general proficiency with computers;

Must have a highly developed sense of time urgency and ability to prioritise tasks;

Excellent customer service skills;

Ability to establish good interpersonal relationships;

The ability to handle multiple tasks and to work in a fast-paced office environment with a dynamic team and agile business priorities.
