Can you keep up learning a huge mountain of theory and keep up with the evolving pace of technology?

Maybe No.

Maybe there is a way.

Even seasoned Data Scientist cannot learn so much of theory.

Instead they begin solving the problem and then learn what is needed.

Of course your foundations need to clear.

Learn by executing projects.

The problem lies in your ability to select a goal and pursue it relentlessly.

Unsure about selecting a goal?

Select something you currently enjoy doing.

Do it for a quarter.

Reflect on progress.

Re plan, repeat.

Within a couple of quarters you would have made tangible progress.
