From stress and friendships to motivation and mental health — your campus psychologist is answering the questions students often hesitate to ask out loud.

This Mental Health Awareness initiative aims to normalize conversations around emotional well-being and help students feel informed, supported, and heard. 🤍

On the occasion of World Art Day, we celebrated the spirit of creativity through our Art & Expression Theme Day, which was held as a vibrant precursor to the RVCA Cultural Fest. The day brought together imagination, colour and talent, giving students a platform to express their artistic voices and setting the stage for the larger cultural celebrations that followed. The event was thoughtfully coordinated by Dr. M S Amarnath and Dharshini Y G, whose guidance helped nurture and showcase the artistic enthusiasm of our students.

The 68th year LIK Trophy Jury is set to take place at Z512 RV College of Architecture, Bengaluru on 16th May, 2026. An esteemed panel jury will be followed by a panel discussion open for all students 4.00 pm onwards.

While Bengaluru was gearing up for BLRHABBA, in 2024 Aug, students from the Visual Art Studio at RV College of Architecture explored its theme “Bangalore Hues.”
A workshop was conducted to look at the city through the lens of youth—their spaces, rhythms, aspirations and everyday encounters with this city.
From these reflections emerged “Canvas of Change: Youth–Life in Bangalore.”
Instead of a single piece, the idea unfolded as a collection of individual artworks, each capturing fragments of youth life in the city—college campuses, tech corridors, lakes, music festivals, street culture and the layered urban landscapes that shape Bengaluru’s identity.
Through vibrant colours and expressive forms, students explored how the city’s youth navigate a space where innovation meets culture, tradition meets modernity, and dreams meet possibility.
Motifs such as bicycles, laptops, lakes, urban skylines and local patterns wove through the artworks—reflecting the aspirations, challenges, and imagination of a generation shaping the city’s future.
Together, these artworks formed a collective Canvas of Change.

Dimensions 17 – Symphony, the vibrant cultural fest of RVCA, was a celebration of talent, creativity and youthful energy held at NMKRV on the 11th and 12th of April. The campus came alive, creating a true symphony of talent. The event stood as a proud reflection of RVCA’s spirit of creativity and excellence.The celebration was further recognised in the regional Kannada newspaper Vijaya Vani on the 15th April, 2026 (Page 9).
