Here are five simple steps to make one for your company today.
1. Start with a market defining story.
Imagine yourself as a customer and figure out the connect between their requirement and your product.
2. Define what your business does for your customers.
What is the problem that you are solving with your product and how is it different from similar products available in the market.
3. Define what your business does for it's employees.
The journey of no business is complete, without the role of it's employees.
4. What the business does for it's owners.
It is not only monetary, but could also mean, to serve the purpose of his life!
5. Edit until it sounds clear & simple, serving the multiple functions and objectives of your company.
