Hey everyone! 👋 I wanted to share a bit of my journey into the world of data science and some tips that helped me land my first job in this exciting field.

Few years ago, I was in your shoes—navigating the overwhelming landscape of data science interviews.

I remember sitting in front of my laptop, staring at coding challenges and technical questions that felt like a foreign language. 😅 The fear of failing was real, but I knew I had to push through.

I started by diving deep into the fundamentals—supervised vs. unsupervised learning, the bias-variance trade-off, and model evaluation metrics became my best friends.

I created flashcards to memorize key concepts and practiced coding problems on platforms like LeetCode every day.One pivotal moment was when I faced a case study during an interview.
They asked how I would predict customer churn for an e-commerce platform. Instead of panicking, I took a deep breath and walked them through my thought process step by step. I discussed feature selection, model choice, and potential actions based on the predictions.

To my surprise, they appreciated my structured approach more than just the answer itself!I also learned that showcasing my projects was crucial. I prepared a portfolio highlighting my work—what data I used, the algorithms I implemented, and the impact it had on the organization.
