The students of Grade 5A conducted an informative class assembly on “E-Waste Awareness,” highlighting the harmful effects of improper electronic waste disposal on the environment and human health.

Through engaging presentations and interesting facts, the students shared simple ways to reduce e-waste, such as repairing and reusing electronic items, donating working devices and recycling responsibly through authorised centres.

The assembly concluded with an E-Waste Awareness Pledge, encouraging everyone to make responsible choices and contribute towards a cleaner, greener planet.

Ganesh Chaturthi Special Assembly

Class 5B presented a vibrant and meaningful Ganesh Chaturthi Special Assembly, celebrating the occasion with devotion, enthusiasm and joy.

The assembly began with the School Prayer and a soulful Ganesha Shloka, followed by engaging performances highlighting the values of wisdom, patience, focus, adaptability and positivity. The students also shared meaningful messages on listening, thinking before acting, caring for our planet and facing challenges with a positive attitude.

The programme concluded with words of encouragement from the Principal. The students’ enthusiastic participation made the celebration a memorable one.

Krishna Janmashtami Celebration

Krishna Janmashtami at NPS Marathahalli was celebrated with joy and devotion through a special morning assembly presented by the students of Classes 2C and 2D.

The assembly featured an introduction to Lord Krishna and his teachings, the significance of Janmashtami, positive affirmations, a soulful Krishna Vandana and Shloka Recitation, and a vibrant Janmashtami dance performance.

Through their confident presentations and enthusiastic performances, the students beautifully brought alive the spirit of Gokul while highlighting the values of love, kindness, courage, truth, and faith.

Nasha Mukt Bharat – Awareness Assembly

Students of Class 8C presented a meaningful Nasha Mukt Bharat Awareness Assembly to sensitise students to the harmful effects of substance abuse and encourage them to make healthy, responsible and informed choices.
The assembly began with positive affirmations, reinforcing the values of self-confidence, self-discipline and positive thinking. The News segment highlighted the importance of awareness, while a thought-provoking skit effectively portrayed the consequences of substance abuse and the significance of making positive choices. An informative awareness speech further emphasised the need to stay informed, resist negative influences and seek support when faced with challenging situations.
The assembly concluded with a powerful message of responsibility, resilience and hope, inspiring students to become responsible ambassadors of a Nasha Mukt Bharat.

Celebrating the Beauty of Hindi at NPS Marathahalli

NPS Marathahalli celebrated Hindi Diwas with great enthusiasm through a vibrant assembly presented by our talented students.

The programme began on a serene note with a beautiful Saraswati Vandana, followed by some fascinating facts about the Hindi language and an insightful speech highlighting its rich heritage and significance.
The highlight of the celebration was a thought-provoking skit featuring Hindi letters, each claiming to be more important than the others. As the story unfolded, the students beautifully conveyed the message that no one is superior to another – each one has a unique role and special quality.

The celebration came alive with a melodious musical performance dedicated to Hindi Bhasha, filling the atmosphere with pride and joy. A joyful celebration of our language, our heritage and the beautiful spirit of togetherness!

Our Nursery students celebrated the vibrancy of Black and White colours, with great enthusiasm.
Dressed in B&W outfits, they participated in various fun-filled activities and were engrossed in the
dramatization by their teachers. This event was aimed to help the young learners reinforce their
learning to recognise, differentiate and associate these colours with the environment in a
meaningful way.
