Today on 30th of April 2026 a renowned teacher Dr. Mohammad Ibrahim Bhat attained the superannuation. A farewell party was organised earlier on 27th of April 2026 in PCO GOVT UPS MS CB Bala chittibandy Bandipora in favour of Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim Bhat Teacher of Govt PS Budinar. In this backdrop various dignitaries highlighted the efforts and role of the said teacher in nurturing and guidance of students as well as his fellow teachers during his tenure of service in the school and further praised his commitment and positive attitude in bringing up the school to a well deserved level.
Mr Mohammad Ibrahim Bhat has been an integral part of the education sector in Bandipora, and his contributions to the field of education will be remembered for years to come.

As Headmaster of Govt PS Budinar chittibandy his role has been instrumental in shaping the minds of countless students and inspiring a love of learning in them. His dedication, commitment, and passion for education have earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues, students, and the wider community.

His contributions will be deeply missed, but we wish him all the best for his future endeavors and wishing him a happy, healthy and prosperious post retirement life"

The farewell ceremony was attended by Cluster Head HSS Aragam Zonal Education officer Bandipora, Zonal Education planning officer Bandipora, Teachers forum leadership Mr. Bashir Ahmad Khan sab and Mr Arsullah Habib Sab ,All teachers of PCO CB Bala, colleagues, students, and members of the local community, who gathered to pay tribute to his dedication and service to the education sector.
