Subject :- For development of world, a new International rules of Law "UNIMATS" (similarly, International rules of law World Bank, UNICEF, UNESCO, WHO etc.) can be passed in the united nation's general assembly by making laws.

I am sending this letter from the World Federation, Khilesh Yuvraj Bante . In which the World Federation has created the International Rules of Law "UNIMATS" (equivalent of World Bank, UNESCO, UNICEF, ILO, FAO, WHO etc) for the development of the world. According to the International Rules of Law, the United Nations General Assembly should give appropriate rules for discussion so that we can make laws on "UNIMATS"Law.
UNIMATS law will be operated by the United Nations in the world countries, all information will be kept at the headquarters of the World Federation during the meeting in the United Nations.
2. The beginning of the World Federation We understand the many problems in the world and have established the World Federation. To begin with, the World Federation has organized a number of programs, rallies, etc., which is part of a revolution "Research White Revolution of India - 2015". The purpose of which is to develop a landmark scientific approach. For achieving this objective, we are working on the Bill of Parliament in the Parliament of India, and at the same time, we want to work for you to fulfill the unity of the United Nations Union Development Mission.
You are requested that all the bottoms can not be kept through a letter ,How do you keep our plans for our World Development Mission, as per "Research White Revolution of India - 2015, under the supervision of SDF-Scientific Development Federation Trust Mumbai, Bill (Freedom of forth pillar) at Indian Parliament and International rules of law UNIMATS at Working in United Nation's by World Federation. On which we have been working since 2004. Finally, we sent an invitation letter to the United Nations Headquarters, which we would feel proud of, our confidence to develop our world will increase. We will be waiting for your trust letter to come.
