Clinch CLINCH....That Deal !!! An Effective Sales & Marketing Training Programme acting as a bridge between Employment & Academics !

Industry has observed a huge gap between requirement and supply of skilled people. In case of Sales and Marketing, it is obvious. Even though, BBM and MBA institutions are supplying to some extent, it is not sufficient for many reasons.
1. BBM and MBA internship is not happening in many institutions
2. Internships are not working as bridging the gap between employment and academics
3. Percentage o

f BBM and MBA institutions among all the institutions like BA, BCom, and BSc is very low. Other than MBA courses also, there are people who are working as sales and marketing executives are neither properly trained nor acquired skill set. Keeping all these in view, “CLINCH” has come out with new training programme of sales and marketing which has to work as bridging between employment and academics. CLINCH is not working keeping only University students in view. It also wants to serve to those people who do not have training and skill set in this regard. The objective of the training is to bring orientation to the profession of sales and marketing among the people who have taken up the job and seeking focus and direction. The purpose of the training is also to develop the freelancing marketers so that they can take up sales and marketing as part time with confidence. Professional freelancers can find this training programme profitable because they can have as many products and services as possible in their baskets. Beneficiaries of this training programme are students, LIC agents, freelancers, drop outs, MLM workers, consultants and house wives.

An Anthropologist proposed one game to the kids of African tribal children.

He placed a basket of fruits near a tree.

And made them stand 100 mtrs away.

And announced that who ever reaches1st would get all the fruits in the basket.

When he said ready steady go..

Do you know what these small children did?

They all caught each others hands and ran towards the tree together,
divided the fruits among them and ate the fruits and enjoyed it.

When the Anthropologist asked them why u did so?

They said 'Ubuntu' meant
'How can 1 be happy when all the others are Sad'?

Ubuntu in their language means 'I AM BCOZ, WE ARE!'
