As more no.of kids are getting glued to YouTube videos, below story by TED should be eye opener for parents to strictly exercise caution on letting toddlers access YouTube videos.

Instead parents & teachers need to work on building alternative medium such as reading to channelise energy of this kids.

We at JDs emphasise holistic development of our kids. Meditation session was conducted at JDs by an experienced yoga teacher for our 10th Std kids to teach them simple breathing & pranayam techniques.

Pranayam techniques significantly help to improve memory, retention of concepts, reduce anxiety & enhance concentration.

Hope such small steps will boost kids confidence for their board exams! 😊
