The nearest railway station is at Kottayam which is approximately 54 away and the nearest airport is at Nedumbasserry( Cochin) about 90 kms away. The college is nestled among the hills on the banks of river Meenachil , made famous by Arundhati Roy’s”God of Small Things” and caters to students predominantly from agricultural back ground. The main crops here are rubber, pepper, coconut, tea, coffee, tapioca and so on .Christians, Hindus and Muslims live here in harmony, peace and amity.
