FROM PRINCIPAL'S DESK

GDC Boys Anantnag, one of the oldest and finest in Jammu & Kashmir, welcomes its incoming students for the year 2026. With a vast range of offered courses at the undergraduate level and upcoming courses at the graduate level, the possibilities here are endless!

A faculty comprised of young and experienced members with strong credentials, a fully automated library, a gym, a vast playing field, a state-of-the- art auditorium, a hostel facility-everyone and everything is at the service of the seeking student. We expect the students to make full use of, and benefit from all resources while we, at our end, strive to upgrade our infrastructure to make it as best as we can. We plan to upgrade more classrooms to make them high-tech; two new buildings for academic and extra-curricular activities will soon be gracing our campus and we also plan to extend the existing playing area-we are thinking for the day after tomorrow.

Mediocre targets make mediocre people. I wish to urge the incoming students to come in with high targets set for themselves. To dream big; to never lose focus; and to never, never accept ones self as one in a pile of ordinary souls!
