ਅੱਜ, 15 ਅਗਸਤ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਸੁਤੰਤਰਤਾ ਦਿਵਸ ਦੇ ਸ਼ੁਭ ਅਵਸਰ ਤੇ ਜੀ.ਆਈ.ਜੀ.ਟੀ., ਹਾਲ ਗੇਟ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸੁਖਵੰਤ ਕੌਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਤਿਰੰਗਾ ਸ਼ਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਲਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਪਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਕਸ਼ੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਆਪਣੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਨਾਲ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ਭਗਤੀ ਦੇ ਜਜ਼ਬੇ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ ਰਿਹਾ।

On the auspicious occasion of Independence Day, 15th August 2025, under the esteemed leadership of Principal Madam Sukhwant Kaur, the National Tricolour was unfurled with pride at the premises of G.I.G.T., Hall Gate, Amritsar. The entire faculty of the institution bore witness to this solemn moment, gracing the occasion with their presence and embodying the spirit of patriotism.

ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਜੀ ਦੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੇ ਅੱਜ ਮਿਤੀ 19.03.2025 ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਆਈ, ਜੀ ਆਈ ਜੀ ਟੀ, ਹਾਲ ਗੇਟ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿਖੇ World Water Day ਦੇ ਸੰਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੈਬੀਨਾਰ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਸ ਵੈਬੀਨਾਰ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜ ਰਹੇ ਜਾਂ ਪੜ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ। ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹਰ ਸਾਲ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ ਹੇਠਾਂ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਅਸੀਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਤਾਂ ਅਗਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਪੀਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਣ ਲਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਰੋਕਾਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਵੀ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਦੁਰਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

As per the directions of the Hon’ble Director Sir, a webinar was organized today, dated 19.03.2025, at Govt. ITI GIGT, Hall Gate, Amritsar in connection with World Water Day. The primary objective of this webinar was to educate both current and former students of the institution about water conservation and the significance of water. They were also informed about the adverse effects of water misuse, as the water table continues to decline each year. It was emphasized that if such irresponsible usage continues, there may come a time in the near future when even drinking water will become scarce. All trainees took a pledge to prevent water wastage and to educate others about the importance of water whenever they witness misuse.

ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਆਈ, ਜੀ ਆਈ ਜੀ ਟੀ, ਹਾਲ ਗੇਟ, ਅੰਮਿ੍ਤਸਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਕੂੜੇ ਕਰਕਟ ਨਾਲ ਫੈਲਣ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਣ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਧਾਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਵਿਡੀਉ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਆਲਸ ਕਾਰਣ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੂੜੇ ਕਰਕਟ ਨੂੰ ਸਹੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁੱਟਦੇ। ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਣ ਸਾਡਾ ਆਸ ਪਾਸ ਦਾ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਵੀ ਗੰਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੇਕਾਂ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਫੈਲਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਾਨੂੰ ਕੂੜਾ ਖੁੱਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮੋੜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸੜਕਾਂ ਉੱਪਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁੱਟਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ। ਬਲਕਿ ਗਿੱਲੇ ਕੂੜੇ ਕਰਕਟ ਲਈ ਹਰੇ ਰੰਗ ਦੇ ਡਸਟਬਿਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੱਕੇ ਕੂੜੇ ਕਰਕਟ ਲਈ ਨੀਲੇ ਰੰਗ ਦੇ ਡਸਟਬਿਨ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ। ਚੰਗੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਾਡਾ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਫਰਜ਼ ਬਣਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਲੇ ਦੁਆਲੇ, ਪਿੰਡਾਂ, ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਲਈ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਅੱਗੇ ਹੋਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਗਰੂਕ ਕਰੀਏ ।

At Government ITI, GIGT, Hall Gate, Amritsar, an informative video was presented regarding the causes, consequences, and solutions related to the spread of waste and litter. The video highlighted that due to people’s negligence and laziness, garbage is often not disposed of in the proper manner. As a result, our surroundings become polluted, leading to the spread of various diseases. It emphasized that waste should not be thrown openly on street corners or roads. Instead, green dustbins should be used for wet waste and blue dustbins for dry waste. As responsible citizens, it is our collective duty to take the lead in maintaining cleanliness in our surroundings, villages, cities, and the nation as a whole, and to actively spread awareness among others regarding this crucial issue.

Govt. ITI GIGT Hall Gate, Amritsar ਦੇ ਬੱਡੀ ਗਰੁੱਪ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਬੂਟਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਸੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਪੱਤਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਲਾਹਿਆ ਗਿਆ। ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥਣਾਂ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗੇ ਬੂਟਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਸਾਂਭ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸੁਥਰਾ ਰੱਖਾਂਗੇ।

Buddy group trainees of Govt. ITI G.I.G.T. Hall Gate, Amritsar , watered the plants in the institution and collected the withered leaves. All the trainees vowed that they would take care of the plants daily and keep the Institute premises clean.

ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਜੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਮੋਦੀ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ “ ਪਰੀਕਸ਼ਾ ਪੇ ਚਰਚਾ “ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਦਯੋਗਿਕ ਸਿਖਲਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਆਈ , ਜੀ ਆਈ ਜੀ ਟੀ, ਹਾਲ ਗੇਟ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਰਟ ਬੋਰਡ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟਰ ਉੱਪਰ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ।

Honourable Director of the Technical Education and Industrial Training Department, Punjab, along with the esteemed Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji’s ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ program, was presented to the students of Government ITI GIGT Hall Gate, Amritsar via smart board projector.

ਮਿਤੀ 05.02.2025 ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਆਈ, ਜੀ ਆਈ ਜੀ ਟੀ, ਹਾਲ ਗੇਟ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਵਿਖੇ "SAY NO TO DRUGS" ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਸੈਮੀਨਾਰ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿਚ ਹਰ ਟਰੇਡ ਦੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਭਾਗ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗਣ ਲਈ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਚਾਰਟ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ। ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਸਹੁੰ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਕਿ "ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਨਸ਼ਾ ਮੁਕਤ" ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਅਸੀਂ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ।

ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਆਈ, ਜੀ ਆਈ ਜੀ ਟੀ, ਹਾਲ ਗੇਟ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਮਿਤੀ 30 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2025 ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ 11 ਵਜੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਦੋ ਮਿੰਟ ਦਾ ਮੌਨ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਅੱਜ 26 ਜਨਵਰੀ 2025 ਗਣਤੰਤਰ ਦਿਵਸ ਮਨਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਆਈ, ਜੀ ਆਈ ਜੀ ਟੀ, ਹਾਲ ਗੇਟ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਬਰਿੰਦਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸੰਸਥਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਝੰਡਾ ਲਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ। ਝੰਡਾ ਲਹਿਰਾਉਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਆਈ ਟੀ ਆਈ, ਜੀ ਆਈ ਜੀ ਟੀ, ਹਾਲ ਗੇਟ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦਾ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਸੀ।

ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਇਲੈਕਸ਼ਨ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਆਫ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਚੋਣ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਆਈ.ਟੀ. ਆਈ, ਜੀ.ਆਈ.ਜੀ.ਟੀ, ਹਾਲ ਗੇਟ, ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਜੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਵੋਟ ਬਨਾਉਣ, ਨਿਰਪੱਖ, ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਭੇਦ ਭਾਵ, ਜਾਤ-ਪਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਲਾਲਚ ਦੇ ਨਿਡਰ ਹੋਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਵੋਟ ਦਾ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ । ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ 17 ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਵੀਂ ਵੋਟ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ। 25 ਜਨਵਰੀ, ਵੋਟਰ ਦਿਵਸ ਕਿਓਂ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਦੀ ਮਹੱਤਤਾ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ । ਸਮੂਹ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੋਟ ਪ੍ਰਣ ਕਰਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।

ਪਿ੍ੰਸੀਪਲ, ਸਮੂਹ ਸਟਾਫ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਅੱਜ ਮਿਤੀ 26 ਨਵੰਬਰ 2024 ਨੂੰ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਦਿਵਸ ਮਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ । ਇਸ ਦਿਵਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮੂਹ ਸਟਾਫ਼ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਰਗਰਮ ਸ਼ਮੂਲੀਅਤ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲੀ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਇਹ ਇੱਕ ਯਾਦਗਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਮੌਕਾ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ। ਸਿਖਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ।
