On 13th July 2026, a session on “Peer Pressure and Handling It” was conducted by Mrs. Payal Kothari under the Welfare Committee for students of Grades 6 to 10.

The session aimed at helping students understand peer pressure, differentiate between positive and negative influences, and develop the confidence to make the right choices. Through interactive discussions and relatable examples, students were encouraged to express their thoughts and learn practical ways to handle challenging situations.

The session successfully created awareness and empowered students to build self-confidence, assertiveness, and responsible decision-making skills.

Culminating Event – "Welcome to Our Town"

Podar International School, Badnera Road, Amravati successfully concluded the Grade II Thematic Unit "In My Town" with the Culminating Event – "Welcome to Our Town."

The students enthusiastically participated in a variety of activities, including presentations on Community Helpers, dance performances, songs, a yoga drill, and story presentations. Through these engaging activities, they showcased their learning and creativity while celebrating the theme.

The students thoroughly enjoyed the journey throughout the unit. The Principal appreciated their hard work, confidence, and outstanding performances, making the event a memorable learning experience for all.
