We the community of West Goalpara College has been imparting higher education to thousand of students since 1981, the establishment of the college. Students may acquire great knowledge which may or may not be used by them in

their life but the kind of education imparted in our institution lasts forever which is more rooted in encouraging our students to be self-reliant, inquisitive and positive thinking, governed by great tolerance. The education that we impart gives the students enormous scope for independent thinking and absorbing the differences they confront in the society. Hence, we infuse the spirit of enquiry into the minds of young students which will certainly take them to a better position when confronted with crisis. We not only empower the students but see that their inherent strength is tapped and nurtured and further made to realize to sustain them forever. As it is a well accepted fact that the prosperity of the nation rests on the quantum of research undertaken with the available resources, which we strive to emphasize in our institution. We make the students learn now to cope up with varied styles and thinking and motivate them to work together for the good of the society. We make fireless efforts to make our students responsible citizens of the world.
