We did a two and a half hour parent training session on early interventions in Autism yesterday. We focused especially on children less than 5 years. We discussed about the various reasons behind behaviour problems, sensory processing problems, strategies to improve pre-linguistic skills (eye contact, joint attention, response to name, pointing) and parallel talk. A good way to end 2023. Wish everyone a very happy new year!
