दबाव ही जीवन है -----

अगर हम तनाव में हैं या जिस चीज़ की तमन्ना रखते हैं,वो पूरी नही हो पा रही है, तो घबराने की कोई ज़रूरत नही है। वास्तव में होता वही है जो शर्त पूरी करता है। सब्ज़ी तभी बनेगी जब सारी चीज़ उपलब्ध हो। यानी संसार सार्थक मांग से जुड़ा है। मांग पूरी करिए और चीज़ तैयार है।

अधकचरे की स्थिति लाभदायक नही होती।
कुछ भी हासिल करना है,तो उसे पूरा हासिल करना होगा। आधा-अधूरा नही। निबन्ध लिखने में एक्सपर्ट होना है तो उसके सारे नियम जानने होंगे। अधूरे ज्ञान से काम नही चलेगा।

चूँकि जीवन लगातार माँग से जुड़ा होता है,इसलिए दबाव आता रहता है। ये दबाव ही है जो हमें अपना सबकुछ झोंक देने के लिए प्रेरित करता है। लेकिन हम दबाव को अपनी अकर्मण्यता से और बढ़ाते जाते हैं। अपनी शर्तों या अपनी आदत के हिसाब से ज़िन्दगी जीते हैं। जबकि जीवन घटकों की मांग से जुड़ा होता है। मांग पूरी करिये, चीज़ सामने होगी।
आलू की सब्ज़ी खानी है तो बस आलू हासिल करिए। आलू आ जाएगा तो सब्ज़ी भी बन जाएगी।
जीवन का अधिकतर हिस्सा इसी तरह का है।लगातार कोशिश करके अपनी ख़्वाहिश के घटक को हासिल करना।
