ALIGARH, February 20: Mr Osama Khan, Research Scholar, Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University, along with co-authors Dr Anwar Ahmad, Dr Faiz ur Rehman and Mohammad Ammar Ahsan, presented a research paper at a two-day national conference hosted by Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU), Hyderabad.

Titled “A Review of Consumer Perception and Adoption of Investing Applications in the FinTech Ecosystem,” the paper was presented at the conference on “Paradigm Shift in Business Ecosystem: Innovations, AI, Tariffs and SDGs for Prosperous India,” organised by the Department of Management and Commerce and the Centre for Distance and Online Education, MANUU.

The study analysed factors influencing consumer perception and adoption of digital investing applications, focusing on trust, security, technological usability and behavioural dimensions. It highlighted key insights for financial institutions, policymakers and app developers to enhance user engagement and strengthen confidence in digital investment platforms.

AMU Research Scholar Presents Paper at International Conference in Online Mode

ALIGARH, January 2: Osama Khan, Research Scholar in the Department of Commerce, Aligarh Muslim University, presented his research paper titled “Consumer Perception and Adoption of Investing Applications: Insights from Behavioural Finance and the FinTech Ecosystem” through online mode at the 11th INSEARCH 2025: International Integrative Research Conference on Governance in Society, Business and Environment, held at the Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development, Cumilla, Bangladesh.

The presentation generated meaningful academic discussion and was appreciated for its contemporary relevance, analytical rigour and contribution to understanding investor behaviour in the evolving digital finance ecosystem.

The study integrates perspectives from behavioural finance, FinTech adoption frameworks and digital investment decision-making, reflecting the growing interdisciplinary research orientation of the Department of Commerce, AMU.
