🌳*VAN BHOJAN ACTIVITY*🌴

Our school Jubilee English High school kumbhari organised a Van bhojan activity for students from 2nd to 10th standard during the month of April.
The main aim of this activity was to encourage learning beyond the classroom in a natural environment.
The highlight of day was Van bhojan where students sat together in groups and shared various homemade foods. This help them understand the importance of sharing and cooperation during the activity.Students also learn about nutritional values of different foods.
Teachers use this opportunity to educate the students about surrounding especially medicinal plant and their uses under the guidance of class teachers and activity incharge students maintained proper discipline throughout the activity.
Over all this activity was great success. Students enjoy the day a lot while also gaining valuable knowledge and experience.

The training on gender sensitivity and adolescence was successfully held in Jubilee English high school kumbhari on 14th March 2026. The event commenced with Saraswati Poojan, performed by the esteemed Vice president of the Akola Education society Akola honourable Vijay Nanoti sir and the secretary of AES Mr shardul Digambar sir ,the resource persons Mr Pradip Awchar , Mrs Kanchan Patokar Ma'am. Mrs. Dipali Sontakke ma'am Sang Saraswati Vandana. Mr. Swapnil Bhave sir introduced the guests and resource persons to the attendees. The guests were welcomed and Mrs. Anubha Deokar ma'am Sang a melodious song on the children. The secretary of A.E.S. Mr. Shardul Digambar sir delivered an introductory speech. Mr vijay Nanoti sir, in his speech, appreciated the initiative of equipping the teachers with skills to handle the adolescents. The resource persons Mr. Pradip Awchar Awachar and Mrs. Kanchan Patokar ma'am guided the teachers about understanding gender diversity, breaking stereotypes, inclusive communication and supporting adolescents' needs. The training session was so interactive and interesting that all the teachers enjoyed it.

This training aimed to sensitize teachers on gender sensitivity and adolescence, enabling teachers to create a supportive environment for students. Teachers gained insights on promoting inclusivity and addressing students' needs.
This training was attended by all the principals and teachers of schools and colleges of AES.

The principal of JESHK Mrs. Rama Sarap Ma'am hoped that this training would be beneficial to embrace diversity and promoting equal opportunities for the students. Mr. Manish Naik Sir conducted the program.
