The concept of learning has tremendously changed over few years and in this new world of technology one must use the new tools and techniques to guide and teach young ones. One must not restrict the child; believing, that it is not the right age for him to learn certain things. Parents or teachers shall play as enablers and not disablers (depending upon their belief). It is their curious mind that

will capture the basics of complex topic beyond our imagination, if we use right method to invoke their curiosity and hunger to learn. As an educator; our job is to bring their 'curiosity to learn' to the fore and nurture this hunger of learning in the child. It is our duty to make sure that the child has understood the concept and not just rehearse for examination. If we restrict our choices of teaching and learning activities to exercises that simply rehearse for examinations, then we run the risk of failing our learners during the teaching and learning process as a whole. I have always believed in quality. The quality of education in the region is really poor and educators like us should come forward and make sure that next generation would not meet the same challenges as the current one. Education must aim at making children capable of becoming responsible, productive and useful members of a society. Knowledge, skills and attitudes must be built through learning experiences and opportunities created for learners in school. Let’s put our best endeavour to create excellence.
