On the ocassion of Childrens Day,We had organised a special sound therapy session for our children💫

✨Kids feel everything-even when they don’t have the words.
✨They absorb stress,energy and emotions from their environment
✨They carry their own little stories,sensitivities and inherited patterns.

These gentle practice of sound therapy helps children:
💫Regulate their nervous system
💫Release stuck emotions
💫Sleep more peacefully and much more

Its just a small step for our kids at school to build a childhood that they will always cherish🌈
