With the beginning of the new academic year 2021-22, admission process for BSc sem 1 is started after HSC Science stream result of Gujarat Board came.

Interested people may visit https://oas2021.gujaratuniversity.ac.in/ website and see instructions therein.

Whole admission process is online and students need not visit college for this purpose. The detailed information booklet regarding courses, fees structure etc is uploaded on the website.

On behalf of Placement Cell of our college to facilitate in campus jobs, Chemistry Dept organised a placement drive on 02 August 2021.

04 companies participated in this fare and almost 100 students appeared for a screening following by an interview.

We are happy that 26 UG and PG students were selected by the companies.

Prof RHPatel, Principal of the college lauded the team efforts of chemistry Dept led by HOD Dr DPPatel. Prof KRPatel, Prof CBSrivastav, Prof NCBhatt, Prof MRSolanki, Prof DKPanchal, Prof Modi, Prof Mitesh Patel, Prof Rekha Savalia and Prof Nirali Mewada worked hard for successful ex*****on of the programme.

To highlight achievements in education over last five years as part of Gyan Shakti Divas, the college had a programme where Scholarship, Shodh Yojana and Tablets were distributed to beneficiaries on 01 August 2021.

Alumni of Microbiology dept were joyous when they met their old batchmates.

Beginning from 1971-72 the dept completed 50 glorious years its existence.

On the eve of friendship day, the alumni and ex-professors of this dept shared their memoirs.

Dr Meenu Saraf presided over the function.

Dr Perumal from National Institute of Occupational Health was invited as special guest.

Prof Neela Upadhyay was a student of first batch and a Professor and Head of this dept for more than 40 years was also present along with Prof Piyush Pandya and Prof Uday Bhatt.

Prof Jha current head of the dept played key role in the arrangement of this programme.

Dr J B Patel, Dr S A Vasava and Dr K D Shah, Associate Professors of Philosophy, Psychology and Zoology respectively, all from the Gujarat College Parivar, are also promoted as Principal Class I and are posted at various Govt Colleges in the State of Gujarat.
