Our little performers are getting ready to bring the story of “Why Anansi the Spider Has 8 Thin Legs” to life — with fun, expressions, and lots of imagination. Watching them rehearse, laugh, and step into their characters is the best part of the process.

Nurturing Childhood Academy
Nurturing Childhood Academy by Dashneet’s mission is to help educate children of age groups 3 to 8 years in the best possible way through honest and correct education techniques to improve their English and help start them on the road of success in communication skills primarily in English through the international approved and proved methods of Phonics.
One day she came across the Phonics method of English learning for primary education through her son. Dashneet was fascinated by this method because her son was studying phonics in a school that taught the same. Dashneet attended a workshop at his school about the Phonics methodology. It looked very interesting to her and she realized it could help improve the English language for the people in Gujarat. She was so happy to see her son reading on his own at such an early age. Therefore she decided to start teaching phonics to kids. Dashneet enquired about the Jolly Phonics Trainers in India and then did her training from Mumbai.
In order to bring change and help students whether they were from the English medium of education or Gujarati or Hindi medium, she started the educational program Nurturing Childhood Academy to help youngsters aged 3 to 8 and their parents understand the importance of Phonics to improve their English pronunciations and reading and speaking skills. Dashneet continues to teach and enroll young children to help them learn and begin their English learning the right way and in the best possible way from her classes in Ahmedabad.
