We are pleased to introduce you to our esteemed panel of judges-

Firdosh Kassam Karachiwala - Sir has been practicing law in Mumbai for 45 years and specializes in Arbitration, Mediation, Conveyancing and Civil Litigation. He is a Master Trainer in Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) having acquired Masters Training in Australia and United Kingdom.

Juieen Nag - With an experience of 15 years of both in private practice and as an in-house counsel, Ma'am has handled issues pertaining to strategic dispute advisory, employee matters, strategic contract negotiations. She is presently engaged in developing her dispute resolution practice focusing on mediation.She has been trained by Tom Bain in Hong Kong as a part of SocGen's Spectrum Initiative.

K.K. Mukhija- Sir is a certified mediator since 2008 with Delhi
Mediation Center established under the aegis of Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee (MCPC) Supreme Court of India. He has conducted mediator in issues ranging from Property to Criminal Law. He has conducted training programme to Judicial officer, advocates and law students.

Poonam Mendiratta - Ma'am is the Managing Partner at PM Law Chambers, New Delhi. Since 2007, She has been a trained Mediator with Delhi Mediation Centre and has mediated number of cases covering various fields of law. She is a Trainer/Resource Person appointed by Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee, Supreme Court of India. She is a certified Mediator registered with International Mediation Institute.

Anupam Dhingra - Ma'am has been practicing law since her enrolment with Bar Council of Delhi in 1992, in various Courts/ Tribunals/forums. With an experience of more than 12 years, she is a trained and certified Mediator with Delhi Mediation Centre. She is also a Trainer/Resource Person appointed by Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee, Supreme Court of India. She is also a certified Mediator with International Mediation Institute(lMl).

AJ Jawad-Sir is an accredited mediator and trainer with the ADR
Group of UK. He is an empanelled mediator with Tamil Nadu
Mediation Centre. He has handled several sensitive mediation cases referred by the High Court of Madras as well as the Family Court. Under the aegis of the National Mediation and Conciliation Plan of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, he has conducted mediation training programs for lawyers and judges in different States of India.

Lalit Mohini Bhatt- Ma'am is a trained mediator who has been enrolled with the Delhi High Court Mediation Centre (Samadhan) since 2006. She has conducted meditation sessions in over 300 cases and is an enrolled senior mediator with the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She is accredited as a mediator by the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, London. She has imparted mediation training in sessions organised by FICCI in association with the Government of India.

Siddharth Jha— Sir is the Manager at Centre for Mediation and
Conciliation at Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is an accredited mediator from Bridge Mediation LLC and has prior experience presiding over as an Arbitrator for the Willian C Vis East International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition in 2017.

Kavita Bhatia- Ma'am has contributed immensely to the realm of academia as she has been an assistant professor at Faculty of law, Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda since the past eleven years. She has helped plethora of students brace themselves for the future ahead.

Ekta Bahl- Ma'am is the Partner of Dispute Resolution team at
Samvaad Partners. She is a qualified mediator having completed the 40 hours mediation and negotiation training from ADR ODR International; Mediators Academy; the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs and the International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Ghanshyam V. Karkera — Sir is a practicing Chartered Accountant, Mediator and Arbitrator. He has appeared before National Company Law Tribunal in various associated matters. He specializes in funds management, financial planning and control, accounts consultantcy, preparation and vetting of project reports, preparation and follow-up of project finance proposals.

Tushar Behl - Sir is currently working as a Legal Consultant at the
Supreme Court Committee on Road Safety, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways . He assists Justice (Retd.) Abhay Manohar as the Arbitration Associate He has various laurels to his name such as Best Mediator award in INADR and the Best-Negotiation Team in the 5th VMSCL-GRO International Dispute Resolution Competition, Goa.

Saasha Malpani- Ma'am is an associate with the Dispute Resolution Team of Khaitan & Co. She is a regular part of proceedings before the Bombay High Court and National Company Law Tribunal . She is a commercial mediator and negotiator, accredited by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs under the aegis of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. She is also a civil-commercial mediator accredited by ADR-ODR International, London.

Smeeksha Pandey- Ma'am practices in the Delhi High Court. She is a member of Singapore International Arbitration Centre and Council Member of Women's Indian Chamber of Commerce. She has participated as a judge in various National Mediation, Negotiation and Moot Court Competitions wherein she has helped students hone their skills efficiently.

Manish Asarkar - Sir has 24 years of experience in resolving corporate matters. He has practices as a Corporate Legal as an In-house Counsel. He has worked with leading National and Multinational Organizations such as Geoffrey Manners, Seimens, Sciender Electric and Black and Veatch, etc.

Thomas John- With an experience of 20 years, Sir specializes in international private law, especially international commercial, investment and transactional law as well as international dispute resolution, including commercial litigation and arbitration. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London).

Chakrapani Misra- - Sir is a partner in the Dispute Resolution Practice group at Khaitan and Co. He is a certified Mediator and is a regular practitioner of mediation ranging from general commercial litigation to the matters pertaining to Intellectual Proper Rights. He has also participated in various national and international Arbitration. He has participated as a judge/arbitrator in various competitions.

Gitanjali Prabhu- With several years of experience to her credit, Ma'am has been an integral part in conduction of peaceful and successful mediation and conciliation. She specializes in the area of Business and Contract Disputes.

Arman Dalal- Ma'am is a certified Mediator who has completed her 40 hours intensive training under the aegis of Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee of the Supreme Court. She specializes in dispute resolution in the form of Arbitration and Litigation pertaining to Property Laws, Company Law and Intellectual Property matters.
