Agra. The annual sports festival of Pratap Public School, Shivakunj, Sikandra, Agra, concluded with great enthusiasm, excitement, and sportsmanship today. The program began with the lighting of lamps in front of Lord Hanuman, the deity of strength and wisdom. The lamps were lit jointly by social activists Advocate Nitin Johri, Mr Brijendra Singh ji and the school's founder Mrs Sharda Devi. Kiara Yadav, Harsh Sharma, Aksh*ta Singh, Bhavesh Mahor, Aahwan, Shaili Chauhan, Jaswant, Ganesh Pranav, Pranshu Yadav, Dhruv Gautam, Abhishek Kashyap, Arpit Yadav, and Himanshu Tomar led the spectacular march past to the tune of the school band.
As part of the sports festival, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Tug of War, Javelin Throw, Shot Put, and various races were held for different age groups, which were the main attractions of the event. The students displayed discipline, enthusiasm, and sportsmanship in the games.
Kiara Yadav, Harsh Sharma, Aksh*ta Singh, Bhavesh Mahor, Aahwan, Shaili Chauhan, Jaswant, Ganesh Pranav, Pranshu Yadav, Dhruv Gautam, Abhishek Kashyap, Arpit Yadav, and Himanshu Tomar led the spectacular march past to the tune of the school band.
Exciting cricket matches enthralled the spectators. In the junior category, Captain Rudransh Soni's Super Strikers team batted first and challenged the Little Angels team, captained by Ajay Tomar, to victory. The Little Angels team performed brilliantly and won. In the second match of the senior category, Captain Dhruv Gautam's Mini Blasters team defeated the Tiny Titans team, captained by Himanshu Tomar.
On this occasion, various competitions were organized for parents in different age groups, both men and women. Children were seen dancing with joy watching their parents play on the field, adding to the joyous atmosphere.
In the running competitions held in various classes, Anant Gupta, Aksh*ta Singh, Shaurya Gautam, Lavi Rajput, Utkarsh Srivastava, Aarav Sharma, Ayushi Jaswant, Pranav, Vaishnavi, A***n Rajora, Riddhi Baghel, Dhruv Gautam, Priyanshi, Prince Saini, Himanshi, Arpit Yadav, and Ananya brought glory to the school by securing first place in their respective classes.
Special guest Mr Hotam Singh Solanki emphasized the importance of children's all-round development, calling such events extremely important in today's times. Sonia Bhagor, while raising awareness among parents about children's health, said that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. Welcoming all guests and parents, the school's Principa Mr Yatendra Solanki ji stated that the school's mission is to develop the personality of every child so that today's children can build a strong society and a great nation in the future. He emphasized that the true strength of any country lies in its citizens.
At the end of the program, Administrative Officer Mrs Rajkumari expressed her gratitude to all visitors, teachers, and colleagues, stating that our health is protected through our diet, behavior, and thoughts.
Mr Krishnapal Singh, Mr Manoj Srivastava, Mr Dushyant Solanki, Mrs Shashi, Mr Vivek, Mr Kuldeep Chaudhary, and Ms Rama Solanki were prominent guests. Divya Sharma, Muskan, Mamta Chaudhary, Sneha Srivastava, Srishti Parmar, Suhani Yadav, Kajal Kashyap, Prakash Dixit, Pushpa, Neha Agarwal, Pawan Upadhyay, Uma Solanki, and Yash Solanki made special contributions to the success of the event.
