Primero buscamos:
Movilidad, Balance, Potencia



Potencia:

Es la energía que tienes y cómo la transformas para realizar diversas acciones.
Moverse, respirar, pensar, sentir, todo esto requiere que suceda una transformación de energía.
En el campo de entrenamiento observamos la potencia cómo:
La rapidez con la que podemos adaptarnos a cualquier situación dada, ya sea física, mental, emocional o espiritual.





Sesiones 7 y 8 am de lunes a viernes Capitán Capitán] (no se requiere experiencia previa 😉)

Strength:
Is the energy that you have and how you transform it to perform various actions.
Moving, breathing, thinking, feeling, this all requires energy transformation to happen.
In Training camp we observe strength as:
How fast can we adapt to any given situation, rather physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.

La habilidad de mantenernos en una posición estática o dinámica;!ya sea quietos cuerpo y mente o desplazándonos en el espacio utilizando nuestra motricidad global para ayudar al flujo del movimiento corporal.
