Shri J. K. Sinha (IAS), Chief Secretary, Govt. of Tripura, visited NFSU Tripura Campus on 8th April, 2026.
During his visit, he inspected advanced laboratory facilities such as the Ballistic and the DNA Lab.

NFSU Tripura Campus, in collaboration with the Constitutional Law Society, ICFAI University Tripura, successfully organized an expert lecture on Strengthening Indian Democracy: The Role of the Constitution and Youth Participation on 30 March 2026.
The event also featured a Poster Making and Slogan Writing Competition, encouraging students to creatively express constitutional values and democratic awareness.

National Forensic Sciences University, Tripura Campus celebrated its 5th Foundation Day along with International Women’s Day, marking another milestone in its journey of academic progress and contribution to forensic science in the Northeast region.

Dr. H.K. Pratihari, Director of NFSU Tripura Campus, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all the members for their continued support in successfully completing five years of growth, while also highlighting the importance of empowering women in science and forensic investigation.

Students of B.Sc.- M.Sc. Forensic Science, Semester IV, National Forensic Sciences University, Tripura Campus visited the State Forensic Science Laboratory, Tripura, Forensic Physics and Ballistics Division for academic exposure.
During the visit, the students observed and studied the scientific examination procedures of paint samples, country-made fi****ms, gaining practical insight into identification, classification, working mechanisms, and ballistic analysis techniques employed in forensic casework.
