The Department of Economics organized an Awareness Campaign on "Entrepreneurship and Swadeshi Economy" today, 17/07/2026, at 12:00 Noon in the Smart Class Room, Heritage Building, M.B. B. College.
Dr. Dharmendra Dube, Professor, Tripura University, graced the event as the main speaker.
Following him, Mr. Annadashankar Panigrahi delivered a valuable address.
The Principal of the college, Dr. Arjun Gope, motivated the students with his speech on Swadeshi Economy and the Make in India movement.

The topic was very relevant to present day situation entitled " How is the Indian Economy Resilient Amid Global Headwinds?" Speaker, Dr. Sanjoy Roy, Retd. Principal, has delivered a thoughtful and fruitful discussion on the topic.
