I am an experienced and certified yoga teacher offering private Power-Vinyasa yoga lessons in Tel Aviv. Power-Vinyasa yoga is graceful, meditative, and relaxing - but also physically challenging and strength-building. Individual or group options available for all levels of practice. We can work wherever is most convenient for you!
I also specialize in corporate yoga (teaching yoga at your workplace in the morning before work, lunch hour, or after work). If you are interested in bringing wellness into your workplace, let me know!
