THE STAGE OF FANTASIES CAN MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE.

There was time in life when I thought I could do anything and become anyone before the world told me to stop daydreaming. There was a time when I thought that when someone beats me unjustly I could go to the police and have the person arrested, but life taught me that I can be unjustly beaten, go to police or court but still recieve unjust judgement due to corruption. There was a time when I thought that I could report any bully to stakeholders of child protection and have him appear before the law, but life taught me that it's possible that their financial status, power or authority screams louder than my situation 😭 There was a time when i thought that being a graduate could guarantee one a job instantly, but reality taught me that there can be an orientation for new employees without you seeing an advert in public domain. There was time when I thought that all I needed to have a successful business was money and an idea, but reality taught me that there are scammers and criminals who want me dead when iam just walking going for work to feed those under my care😭. But now here iam, trying to adjust to the tone of the world. I keep on learning a new dance everyday. This is a reality to many, but in the process something subtle happens, a genius in you dies. Many people are poor because they are struggling to cross over,they are alive but something in them died.

Let not your spirit be completely broken, Let not the toxic environment around you create a toxic environment inside of you. Be among the few willing to make a positive change. Keep on unlearning and learning, there is a giant called future you waiting. Keep going 💪 ✨️

Sometimes in business you need the royalty of a politician. These guys can remain royal and supportive even when it doesn't make sense at that time. They know that being supportive is the only box to tick. What if you developed the same level of royalty to your business, being positive and supportive even when profit margins are low?

Many people make a mistake of shifting their energy. They start moving from one business to another, they're good at everything but never better at anything. Dear business owners, challenges are not your enemies but your allies, they are teaching you something important that will benefit your business in future. What separates successful business people from who fail is not lack of challenges, but how they handle those challenges. Everyone can do business in good days. Challenges you are passing through now will end some day after teaching you a lesson for the next level.

Have you ever been engaged is a business transaction with someone, after telling them how you operate they started telling you who thy are working for, who they worked for, years they have spent doing that thing?
That information is important, it gives you insight of who you are working for, but it can be a trap..

Usually they will expect you to trust them automatically, they will want you to give up on your structure because they have many years of experience. Listen, trust is not give but earned. Their years of experience should not replace your structure. Don't be intimated that you can't question their work because they once worked for the president. Let their competence be seen not just heard. Be clear to them, this is what I want you to do. If you are not satisfied with anything, ask them why they did it that way and if it doesn't make sense, let them redo it. It's not lack of trust, it's just that you love order and you need to take responsibility of anything made.

When you go to the shopping mall, you will see eveyone including pastors leaving their belongings at the entrace before they enter. It's one of the security features that these big shops has. They don't want you to mix your items with those you haven't paid for. Does it mean that the mall doesn't trust a pastor?
It has nothing to do with having trust issues with the pastor, it's about the pastor following the system built by the store management that manages both thieves and innocent ones. It's the system for everyone who goes there.

Dear business owners, build a business system that will be followed by everyone including your own parents without shame. It doesn't mean that you don't trust them but it's just that you need the smooth running of the business. If one of your policies is that there should be a receipt for every stock, the receipt must be there even if you are dealing with angels. All you need is order, structure and the system that makes management easy

When you kneel down to pray to God asking for money, you should be ready to answer the following questions;
1. Money for what?
2. How much?
3.When do you need it?

These are not just questions, they are road maps to clarity, vision, destiny and purpose. Answer them honestly. Many people ask for money but they don't have structure in their minds. They think you plan for money after you have it, but that's not the case. Money without assignment the moment you have it, impulse gives it a job.

Many people will not help you with money nit because they are stingy, but because confusion resides in you. Ati, I need money to start a business, how much do you need, "Any amount, the amount will determine the business "😳🤔. Stop it!!.

Money does not determine the business but the business determines the amount needed. Build structure today in your mind, look for a problem to solve, write down things needed to solve that problem. Look for those things and that is what we call order

A SMART EMPLOYEE

Have you ever noticed that the work environment can be so difficult and toxic if you have a disorganized, indecisive and incompetent leader?

Yes it's so.several times we tend to prove them wrong, embarrass them and show that you are smarter than them. I want to announce to you that that's a dangerous move to take. You have a short time to embarrass him/her but they have many chances to suffocate your dream. They don't have competence but they have something important, access. Even if you are smart, people at the top have no time to listen to your story but they have time to listen to your immediate supervisor. Your immediate supervisor is given;

✔️Power to recommend people for sensitive duties that attracts promotion.

✔️Power to make executive decisions, these decisions can still affect you nomatter how smart you are. You can choose to leave the company or cooperate.
️✔️Access to higher levels
️ ✔️To give reviews on the performance of the staff.

Notice: in most cases when an ordinary person goes to higher offices they are sent
back to their immediate supervisors.

Imagine how frustrating this can be🤔?

As a smart employee, you voice matters, you have the ability to change the work environment and below is the blueprint for this success

✅️ Don't compete but cooperate with your immediate supervisors.
✅️Don't seek to challenges or embarrass, ✅️Respectfully give your suggestions.
✅️ Don't show them that you are smarter than them therefore you are trying to replace them.
✅️ If he give you time to give a speech or anything else, do it with your all and recognise them for giving you an opportunity. You are not entitled just because you are smart😁
✅️ Don't run away from responsibilities, remember, a refered responsibility is a resfared opportunity for growth and power

CHARACTER VS EXPERIENCE

Chilika, when you want to employ someone, would you go for character or experience?

I was asked this question more than once, we are living in a world buzzing and screaming about experience. I have seen job adverts that need people with plural years of experience. Some good people are left out because they have never worked, i have come to understand that Usually those are word of people who are not interested in mentoring but results, nothing wrong about it really but we can flip the coin and see what's behind. An experienced crooked person can do you more harm than a person without experience with a good character, integrity and morals. If there is someone you personally know with
Integrity
Loyalty
and creativity, work with them under your supervision. Be patient with them and they will catch up with time. If you find someone with experience and good Character, go for them, respect and value them, they are rare.
