My mother Gail, would often tell me stories of how my Grandma Dolly would take her to markets and little shops in 1970's Manchester to find beads and jewels. Grandma Dolly, an original glamour fashionista would sit for hours with little Gail designing and making. When Gail was 18, Grandma Dolly passed away suddenly, leaving a huge gap.
