It’s time to express my gratitude to the one who introduced me to mandala practice - Sailesh, a young, humble, and kind yoga teacher. He teaches Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and mandala workshops in Tiruvannamalai, a special place in India that has become a spiritual home for me.

“Hodu La’Adonai Ki Tov” - Give thanks to the Lord, because there is goodness.

This verse from the Book of Psalms carries a beautiful double meaning, as “Hodu” means both “give thanks” and “India.”
Somehow, this mandala took on the colors of the Indian flag - my favorite country on earth 🇮🇳

The age of perfectionism is over.
If you wish to prove
you are human,
prove that you are
not perfect.

I had no plan. I had no idea what I was about to draw.

I simply sat with a blank page and started drawing circles with a compass. I marked some lines and shapes with a pen and erased others. I added more circles, erased some again, added details… and then placed two small mandalas inside.

Only after I started coloring, which was the very last step of the process, did it suddenly hit me — I had drawn a ladybug 🐞

This sweet little creature has a very special place in my heart, because it always reminds me of my best friend, my soul sister ❤️

And once again, it reminded me of the magic of mandala drawing — you don’t need to have a plan or even an idea before you begin. You can simply start drawing and trust the process. When you draw without judgment and let your hand move freely, something deeply personal appears on the page — a quiet dialogue between the conscious and the unconscious, reflecting exactly where you are in that moment ✨

And maybe life is like that too.

A blank page we create on as we go. It’s okay not to know the final picture. Sometimes all we need is patience, trust, and the willingness to stay present with the process — and simply enjoy the journey as it slowly reveals itself.

Every mandala has its own character -
some are more aesthetic, some more chaotic, some more colorful, some more subtle.

Every day has its own character.

Every moment has its own character.

Life is dynamic, and each moment brings something different. When we expect life to look a certain way, we limit what we are able to see. But when we stay open instead of attaching ourselves to one preferred “character” of experience, we begin to notice its richness and unpredictability.

Surprises are always present. Openness allows us to meet them.

Whole peace —
When will we understand that we are all part of the same whole?
All the waves are part of the ocean
All the colors are part of the rainbow
All beings are part of creation
In the end, everything is part of the same love ❤️
