Whenever I sit down to draw a mandala, I never really know what’s going to come out.
I simply begin — and let my hands and heart lead the way.

Sometimes, when I finish, I look at it and think: What did I actually draw? 🙃

So this time, I asked AI, hoping to understand together what came out of me without me planning it.
And this was its interpretation…

A pinwheel — inner movement, change, and transformation. 🌀
The red part — energy, passion, and vitality. 🔴
The blue part — calm, intuition, and emotional depth. 🔵
The purple part — spirituality, intuition, and inner growth. 🟣
The lighter spaces in between — space, stillness, and balance between the different forces.
And the shared center — a point of connection, as if different parts are coming together into one.

I loved the idea that maybe the mandala knows how to tell me something about myself that I don’t even know yet. ✨

And maybe that’s exactly why I love drawing mandalas — not knowing in advance what will emerge, and simply allowing it to reveal itself.

Sometimes trying to find the meaning behind what came out,
and sometimes simply letting go of the need to understand. 😇✨🪷

The Absurdity of Life

Everything is so easy in this life —

Open the tap,
there is water.

Open the fridge,
there is food.

Open the door,
there is shelter.

So why has the thing
that should be the easiest
become so hard?

Open the heart.
And Love.

Today, I did the bravest thing I’ve ever done.

I said NO.

Without explanations. Without excuses. Without apologies.

It may sound simple, but for me, it was a moment of freedom. I’ve never felt stronger.

I’m deeply grateful for the journey I’m on—for learning what I truly want, and what I no longer want. For returning to my inner voice—the one that’s guided by truth rather than fear. And for finding the courage to express that truth simply, without feeling the need to justify myself.

I’m leaving the stories behind.

Nothing brings me more joy than sharing the mandala practice with others.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the privilege of sharing it, both over Zoom and in person, with my little brother and his mom in Cyprus, a friend from Italy, my beloved cousin and her daughter, sweet Sri Lankan girls in the guesthouses where I stayed, and new friends I’ve met along my journey.

Each time, I’m moved by how such a simple practice can open a deep space of stillness, presence, and insight.

For me, the drawing that emerges at the end is just a beautiful side effect. Thr real magic lies in the process itself, and in the realizations that arise during and after it.

Deep gratitude to Shailesh for passing this practice on to me, and deep gratitude for the opportunity to pass it forward ✨
