Dr. Avishai Sintov and his team have successfully developed a new device that can help robotic arms understands it's users intentions and thus help them accordingly! The unique sleeve is worn on the user's arm, and is connected to a computer that communicates with the robotic arm. The sleeve assists the robotic arm in understanding the user's intentions, primarily based on hand movements. The sensors in the sleeve gather information about the user's arm movements, forearm muscles, and fingers, providing insights into their actions.The information is then transmitted from the sensors to the computer, where it is processed and translated into the required actions using algorithms based on AI and ML.
