I recently stepped outside my comfort zone and joined Paul Gladstone on his excellent podcast, Talk With The Scot.

We explored a range of topics, including growing up with undiagnosed ADHD, my unconventional career path, from Social Work and Digital Marketing to International Sales and Games Invention, and how those experiences ultimately led me to become a full-time ADHD Coach.

Paul also challenged me on subjects such as the education system, whether ADHD is sometimes overused as a label, and the role that setbacks and failures can play in achieving success.
